Movement should not hurt. The body in fact is designed to move. And when we move how the body was designed to, we move in a way that eliminates pain, creates space within the body, and restores overall health.
Human movement, also known as biomechanics, involves the principles of ground tension, breathing pressure, reversal of muscle action, and antagonistic synergy. When all of these principles are included in our movement, we unlock the ability to not only move free, but age well.

Progressed intentional movement designed to facilitate neural activity and rewire the patterns of movement in the body. Increase neuromuscular integration, improve mental clarity, regain posture and build strength.

Build off the patterns of antagonistic integration to promote the body’s core patterns - standing, walking, running and throwing.
